We are excited to share an important update on our ministry’s progress and a new initiative that will significantly enhance our ability to serve those in need.

Expanding Our Reach

Our ground zero model of ministry, which provides recovery, sober living, and aftercare services with ongoing support, has been tremendously successful. However, we’ve identified a critical gap in our region’s addiction treatment services: a 3-6 week wait time for detox programs.

A Game-Changing Opportunity

To address this urgent need, we are launching a fundraising campaign to raise $200,000. This will allow us to purchase a property adjacent to our existing recovery homes, creating a 20-bed modified detox facility as well as triage, where we will help guide them into a program that will benefit their recovery. . This expansion will enable us to:

1. Admit individuals immediately when they reach out for help

2. Collaborate with the Mapleton Detox Clinic for cases requiring advanced medical care

3. Utilize our experienced residents to support newcomers in the early stages of recovery

4. Establish partnerships with other recovery programs across Atlantic Canada
